Mental training will improve your mental strength and help you to function better in various life situations. Mental training will enable you to use simple means of creating a tranquil internal climate, which will help you to stand firm when life becomes stormy. The course lasts two years.

The course is for people who want to become mental trainers, or add mental training to their list of skills. No particular previous expertise is required. The course is aimed at people to want to understand and develop their mental processes and skills, which are sometimes referred to as emotional and social skills, or life skills. Some form of documented, previous education would be an advantage. With your knowledge and experience, you can help other people to increase their personal effectiveness and well-being, both as professionals and private individuals.
The course includes 18 on-site study days per year, made up of sessions consisting of 2 weekdays, i.e. 9 sessions per year. Study material and working tasks are in addition. Tuition on all days is during 09.00–16.00.
Mental training and sport
Mental training and sport is a shorter course focusing on how you can use mental training in sport. During this course of six on-site study days spread over six months, you will gain a number of tools for strengthening your or your trainee’s mental processes and thereby develop as an individual and athlete. Between the on-site study days, you will work on tasks that reinforce your mental training knowledge.
