Folkhälsan Solvalla

Solvalla is a national sports institution in Nuuksio, Espoo, beside Lake Pitkäjärvi. The local natural landscape is unique; the unspoiled nature of the Nuuksio national park is a unique wildlife area in southern Finland. Solvalla is around 35km from the centre of Helsinki and 17km from the centre of Espoo.

Solvalla is closed during the Midsummer-weekend, from Friday to Sunday, 21 - 23 June.

Opening hours and contact

Time: Mon - Fri at 9-19, Sat - Sun at 9-15, other times according to bookings. Different opening hours week 29 Mon-Sat 15.-20.7 open 10.00-18.00, Sun 21.7 9.00-15.00.
