At its meeting on 23.1.2024, the Board of Samfundet Folkhälsan decided to start an open recruitment process for a new CEO. The board also decided to propose Tom Böhling as the new chairman of Prakticum.
At its meeting on 23.1.2024, the Board of Samfundet Folkhälsan started the process of recruiting a new CEO for Samfundet Folkhälsan. The aim is that the position can be advertised in March.
Niklas Talling, Administrative Director of Samfundet Folkhälsan, has taken up the position of acting CEO for the period 12.1.-31.7.2024.
The legal and financial investigation concerning the background to the resignation of former CEO Georg Henrik Wrede 12.1.2024 is ongoing. Folkhälsan will return with more information on the matter as soon as possible.
Samfundet Folkhälsan’s board also decided to propose Tom Böhling as the new chairman of Svenska Framtidsskolan i Helsingforsregionen Ab (Prakticum), replacing the resigning CEO of Folkhälsan. The formal decision on the composition of the board is made by Prakticum's general meeting.
